Hospice Navigation & Advocacy
It's hard to wrap your mind around what hospice care means and can look like for you. We will come to you and help you understand and weigh the benefits for your specific situation. We'll be by your side and help guide you through the care system, choose an agency, advocate for your desires, and educate your family and care team.

DWD / MAiD Medication Navigation
We'll abide with you while you decide on this topic. We can talk for as long as you like. Once you have decided, we'll help you with eligibility review, prescriber advocacy, pharmacy coordination, family preparation, and presence on the day. Available where lawful.

Rites of Passage and Memorial Work
Dying mindfully can be healing. Do you want to plan a fun goodbye party, a 'Rave Before The Grave', as one client called it? Would you like a small gathering of your beloveds to share in your passing? Do you want to create playlists for your service? Write your obituary? We have trained officiants who can help you plan the perfect event.

Vigil & Bedside Accompaniment
A trained doula at the bedside through the active dying process, supporting the dying person and family.

Entheogenic-Assisted Therapy
New research shows that entheogenic-assisted therapy sessions can be helpful for end-of-life patients. Ketamine-assisted or, where lawful, psilocybin-assisted sessions for existential distress at end of life. The network of providers to whom we can safely refer clients for this type of care is currently in development.
